Built in English style, with its 120 mq hosts musicians and technicians; spacious and comfortable, fully independent on all 4 sides, has a large window on three sides overlooking the garden, two lounges, two bedrooms (one with loft) and bathroom with Jacuzzi. In the garden surrounding the dépendance there's a 12 meter swimming pool with night lighting.
The Iso Booth
The iso booth, 6 mq, is a room with a high absorption coefficient, ideal for vocals, acoustic guitar, etc.. The careful choice of materials allows recordings extremely focal.
